Cancelling a submission
You may request cancellation of a submission before it is approved. Once a payout has been processed it cannot be reversed.
Rejected submissions
If a submission is rejected after review, no payout is made and any physical items are handled per our confirmed returns process (to be published).
Corrections
If information provided was inaccurate, we may adjust or cancel a submission and will explain the reason via your tracking timeline.
